GroupTrip is an independent travel-planning service for friends, families and other crews who need to turn many opinions into one workable trip.
What we build
GroupTrip keeps dates, destination decisions, accommodation ideas, travel details, activities, shared expenses and the day-by-day plan together. The planning service is free to use. Clearly identified partner links may earn GroupTrip a commission without changing the price shown by the travel provider.
How our guides are produced
Our destination and itinerary guides are written as practical planning starting points, then reviewed for clarity, group logistics, realistic pacing and safety wording. Estimates are illustrative rather than live quotes. We do not present changing prices, entry rules, weather or availability as guaranteed facts.
Sources and safety
Before anyone pays, we direct travellers to current provider terms and authoritative sources such as their own government’s travel advice, destination immigration authorities, the World Health Organization and recognised industry entry-requirement references. GroupTrip does not replace official advice or a qualified travel professional.
Corrections and transparency
If a guide is unclear or outdated, email hello@getgrouptrip.com. We review corrections and show meaningful guide updates rather than automatically changing dates to make pages appear fresh.
